We accept an application for recruitment from the Customer. Together with the customer we form requirements to the candidates, we make the description of vacant positions and characteristics of required employees, we make a "sociological portrait" of successful candidates for vacant positions. We analyze the market for "realism" of the vacancy.

Step 2 - Conclusion of contract

Together with the customer we write all the terms of cooperation in the contract.

Step 3 - Staff selection

The search for candidates is performed through our own labor market information databases, "warm" contacts, mass media, and the Internet. Psychological and professional selection of candidates to fill vacant positions, selection according to clearly formulated requirements. Professional and psychological qualities of candidates are evaluated by testing.

Step 4 - Providing the customer with a resume

We provide the client with confidential resumes of candidates with their biographical and qualification data. We arrange meetings between the customer and the selected candidate and, if necessary, participate in them.

Step 5 - Warranty obligations
